By using the Zarkmark.com web site, a service of Zarkmark, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Basic Terms of Use
  1. You must be 13 years old or older to use this site.
  2. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
  3. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  4. You may not use Zarkmark.com for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  5. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, links, or other content that you submit, post, and display on Zarkmark.com.
  6. You must not modify, adapt, or hack Zarkmark.com or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Zarkmark.com or any other Zarkmark website.
  7. You must not modify, adapt, or hack any the accounts of any Zarkmark members that you are not authorized to control.
  8. You must not create or submit unwanted email or spam to any Zarkmark members.
  9. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any other code of a destructive nature.
  10. You must not, in the use of Zarkmark, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
  11. You must not register or attempt to register or verify characters that are not owned by you.
  12. You may link to Zarkmark.com character profiles, guild pages, or user pages from outside sites.  You may not hotlink to outside websites, images, or other data through the user comments.
Violations of any of these agreements may result in sanctions including but not limited to warnings, deletion of data, the suspension of member privileges, banning from the service.  Zarkmark reserves sole discretion to evaluate and choose the appropriate sanctions.  While Zarkmark.com prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Zarkmark cannot be responsible for the content posted by its members on its website and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use Zarkmark.com at your own risk.
General Conditions
  1. Zarkmark reserves the right to modify or terminate the Zarkmark.com service for any reason, without notice at any time.
  2. Zarkmark does not guarantee that members will be able to access Zarkmark.com or any related website.
  3. Zarkmark reserves the right to alter these Terms of Service at any time.  If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Service, Zarkmark will e-mail your provided contact e-mail and post a notice on its main page for a reasonable amount of time.  What constitutes a material change will be determined at Zarkmark’s sole discretion.
  4. Zarkmark reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
  5. Zarkmark may, but has no obligation to, remove content or accounts containing content that Zarkmark determines, in its own discretion, are obscene, abusive or otherwise violate the Terms of Service or intellectual property rights of other parties.
  6. Zarkmark reserves the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark on those usernames. 
  7. Zarkmark may use publicly available information such as but not limited to usernames and public Zarkmark profiles in the marketing and promotion of the website.
  8. By using Zarkmark.com, you agree that Zarkmark cannot be held responsible for any user generated or third party content, including but not limited to user names, comments, links to areas off the Zarkmark.com website, or any other information not uploaded by Zarkmark itself.
